Grant is an Oklahoma Native who loves all things Oklahoma. He earned his BA from The University of Central Oklahoma (Go Bronchos) and went on to earn a Master’s in Counseling at Southern Nazarene University. He's been an insurance agent since 2015 and has a passion for being a valuable insurance resource for his clients & partners,
Grant enjoys staying active, going to the lake, river, and finding any excuse to be outside with his wife, Tiffany, his kids, Eisley & Koda, and their dog, Forester.
No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you! Meet Garrett Johnson, an Oklahoma Native and one half of the dynamic duo, along with his identical twin, Grant. With a knack for insurance, business development, management, and client relations, Garrett's career journey is a testament to his commitment to excellence and growth, both personally and professionally.
When he's not closing deals or leading teams to success, you can catch him spending time together with his wife and three kiddos, teeing off on the golf course, or laughing at the comedy club. Beware, his stand-up comedy obsession isn't just for laughs—it's serious business!

Casey brings value by having 20+ years of insurance experience to the Värde team. Prior to getting into insurance, he served as a Weather Observer with the U.S. Air Force.
He's a big OU fan and loves grilling out with his wife, Erica and daughter Eliza.
Gary Johnson - Agent
Gary has extensive experience in business, including sales, multi-unit development, operations, purchasing and franchising. Previously the COO for CD Warehouse and subsequent 25 year franchise owner, Gary joined Varde Insurance Group in 2022. Our business is booming and we're thrilled to have his expertise. We were fortunate to convince him to come off the golf course and join us in providing value to individuals, families, and business's insurance experience!
Christa - Renewal Specialist
Christa is a native Texan but spent most of her formative years growing up in Edmond, Oklahoma. For the past decade, she served as Director of Sales for two local premier country clubs. She also has several years of experience in the mortgage business. Christa would tell you that her greatest success has been developing a passion for providing great customer service, and most importantly, fostering lifelong relationships with clients built on trust.
When Christa is not in the office she enjoys going to the beach, fishing and OU football and softball! She is a wife to Rodney, mother to 5 (Madison, Kaleb, Sam, Dillon, and Gage) and Nonna to her granddaughter, Hadley!
